Clifton Historic Botany Village Special Improvement District Announces New Leadership Team and Welcomes New Assistant Executive Director

Clifton, NJ: The Clifton Historic Botany Village Special Improvement District is pleased to announce the appointment of its new leadership team following a unanimous vote by the Board of Trustees.


The Board of Trustees has unanimously elected George Silva to serve as the new President of the Clifton Historic Botany Village Special Improvement District. Silva’s appointment marks a new chapter of leadership focused on continued growth, collaboration, and strengthening the future of Historic Botany Village.


The Board of Trustees also confirmed that Richard Mejia will continue his service as Vice President, Gloria Vidal will continue as Secretary, and Joe Fabi will continue as Treasurer. Other than the transition in the role of President, there are no additional changes to the organization’s leadership team.


In addition, the Clifton Historic Botany Village Special Improvement District is excited to welcome Melissa Lemus as the organization’s new Assistant Executive Director. Melissa will play an important role in supporting the District’s programs, events, business initiatives, and continued efforts to promote and enhance Historic Botany Village.
